Our Story
Founded in 2000 during the early days of South Africa's digital revolution, ICExpress recognised the enormous potential of technology to transform the courier industry. While competitors relied on manual waybills and telephone bookings, we invested in building an online platform that would allow customers to quote, book, track, and manage shipments entirely online.
From our base in Durban, we steadily expanded our network, establishing hubs in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, East London, Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha), George, Kimberley, Polokwane, and Nelspruit. Each hub operates as a fully equipped sorting and distribution centre, enabling us to offer overnight express delivery on all major inter-city routes.
